Each week, you’ll join a live online check-in call where we celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and keep you accountable.

Inside the app, you’ll have daily habit-tracking reminders and a private group chat so you’re never doing this alone.

You’ll get a full workbook to guide your reflection, at-home workouts designed to build strength and confidence, and plenty of realistic meal and snack ideas.

Every week focuses on a new theme — from mindset and habits to sleep, stress, and long-term maintenance — so by the end, you don’t just look different; you live differently.

Caring & Gentle

I was hesitant to have a go at another program but decided to just give it a go. As someone who has had multiple eating disorders since I was around 7yo I found this program way more beneficial than any other program I have done. Selina is kind, caring and gentle in her approach.
